City Plumbing & PTS (Plumbing Trade Supplies) sell a wide range of plumbing, heating, bathroom and electrical products through a network of 350 branches and our website, which offers more than 20,000 products. Inside our City Plumbing branches you’ll find concessions including Spares and Electrical, plus The Bathroom Showroom brand in many of our branches.
Our 250 The Bathroom Showroom outlets display the best branded and own-label bathroom ranges to installers and their customers. Each outlet has specialist sales and design consultants who offer a 3D design and planning service to help homeowners end up with the bathroom of their dreams.
PlumbNation is an online retailer, selling plumbing and heating products to both consumers and trade. Customers can choose from more than 20,000 products including boilers, cylinders, radiators, bathrooms, water heaters, fires and stoves.
NSS is the UK’s leading supplier of shower spares and is an official stockist for more than 30 manufacturers. With more than 10,000 parts in stock, NSS can help customers find the part they need.
The Underfloor Heating Store is a market-leading online retailer of electric and water underfloor heating systems and associated products direct to consumers. Our huge range of underfloor heating products means there’s something for every project and every budget.
Under our DHS brand, our team is dedicated to helping our customers get the spare parts they need, as quickly as possible. DHS is an online distributor which operates out of our Chorley-based warehouse. We have more than 20,000 parts in stock ready to be sent out to more than 3,000 pick-up points across the UK.
Plumbworld has been proudly serving customers since 1999. It is an online retailer of plumbing products and provides affordable and quality products to consumers and trade customers.

Plumbing is at the heart of our group of companies and runs through our DNA. From our most recognisable brand, City Plumbing, through to our online retailer PlumbNation and newest member of the Highbourne family Plumbworld, you’ll find plumbing expertise at every level. We work with both consumers and trade customers and have more than 20,000 products available from boilers to radiators, water heaters to stoves. We need plumbing experts across the group including customer service advisers who answer our customers queries to category managers who make sure we have the supplies that our customers need.
Our customers know that if it’s heating parts they need, we have everything they need and more. With more than 20,000 parts in store in our Chorley warehouse, we have them covered through our Direct Heating Spares (DHS) and specialist The Underfloor Heating Store brands. Our customer service staff know their stuff when it comes to heating and can deal with any queries that customers might have.
We own and run the largest network of dedicated bathroom showrooms across the UK, which you’ll find under our The Bathroom Showroom brand. We have everything customers need, all under one roof, whether they are looking for inspiration or every aspect of their bathroom. From Assistants to Showroom Managers, there is a variety of roles based in our bathroom showrooms, and what they all have in common is a shared passion for our products and for giving our customers the best possible service.
Our spares brands - Spares at City Plumbing, Direct Heating Spares and National Shower Spares - offer tens of thousands of products with next day delivery so customers can always get the part they need, when they need it. To make the magic happen, from customer services to supply chain, our team is always on the end of a phone, email or website to make sure the order is received, processed, packed and dispatched.
From plugs and sockets to security systems, we sell a huge range of electrical products from our 370 branches across the UK. We also sell other wholesale electrical and lighting supplies online. You could be on the road in one of our Electrical Regional Manager roles helping with recruitment and product support or an Electrical Sales Manager growing and driving sales for our electrical business from within a store.
Our Energy Efficiency at City Plumbing team offers design support for renewable heating products which range from heat pumps and solar panels to biomass and infrared heating. This is a fast-growing part of our business as we help customers reduce their energy bills and their impact on the environment. Our team can also offer advice on the decarbonisation of new and existing properties, government grants and industry awareness. We need people passionate about energy efficiency to take our customers on this journey, from Renewable Strategy Development Managers to set our way forward to Category Assistants who will know our product range inside out.
